Mall Information Attendant

Under the supervision of the Mall Leasing Manager to work within the parameters of the Shopping Centre and, is responsible to man the Information Counter in the Mall and ensure that the customers, public and guests are provided with proper information and tasks related to the Mall Leasing Department followed-up and needs are met according to the standard Policy & Procedures of the company.

1. Fully aware of the full range information of the Shopping Centre, and such details may be extended to the tenants and visitors.

2. Keeps the Mall Information Counter clear and free from any destruction.

3. Communicate with the Security and Mall Leasing Manager regarding any suspicious activity happening inside the shopping mall.

4. Direct the customers asking for the location of the shop.

5. Must be fully aware of all the facilities of the shopping mall.

6. Provide administrative assistance when there are activities going in the mall like raffle draws, promotions and other important functions related to the mall.

7. Must be familiar with all the entrances of the shopping mall.

8. Must report any movement of goods happening inside the shopping mall and report to the Mall Leasing Manager.

9. Take inquiries and pass them on to the Mall Management Office.

10. In case of emergency, you must call the Security and inform also the Mall Leasing Manager.

11. Provides courteous, polite and diplomatic responses to all customers and guests of the Shopping Mall.

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
