- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to relevant departments
- Provide accurate information regarding mall outlets and services
- Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with security and other departments when required
- Ensure the reception area remains neat and organized
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills (Urdu & Basic English)
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
