  • Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to relevant departments
  • Provide accurate information regarding mall outlets and services
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Coordinate with security and other departments when required
  • Ensure the reception area remains neat and organized

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & Basic English)
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
