Managed Service and O&M Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Description:

• Collect customer requirements and identify potential product or service needs and specifications.
• Consult customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs.
• Preparation and submission of detailed technical proposals in response to the RFPs.
• Present and assist in selling proposals.
• Leverage technical knowledge in managed services, manpower, and ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate technical accuracy and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
• Conduct technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Develop a service Catalogue for customer services, RACI Matrix, Project Team Structure, Job Roles, and Responsibilities.
• Knowledge of government or enterprise-level RFPs, RFQs, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical skills for interpreting technical specifications and converting them into actionable designs.
• Work with the sales team to proactively promote and sell services to customers.
• Develop Managed Service Proposals based on Ebttikar Offerings.
• Assisting customers in defining service objectives such as service-level agreements (SLA), operation-level agreements (OLA), and underpinning contracts (UC).
• Assisting customers in defining KPIs for Services.

Candidate Profile:

• 2 years of experience working in pre-sales roles or functions with almost three years across requirement gathering, creating proposals, and collaborating with different technical teams to successfully design solutions and products.
• A good background in O&M, managed services, and IT infrastructure.
• Sound working knowledge with MS Office tools.
• Ability to develop quality write-ups, including industry terminology, ITSM terminology, and illustration diagrams in both Arabic and English
• High presentation and communication skills.
• Bilingual with professional business level of English language speaking & writing
• ITIL certified.
• Team players and ability to work under pressure.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical fields, such as computer science, engineering, or information technology.
