The Role

Managed Services Technician is responsible for supporting customer‑premise networking equipment through configuration, fulfillment, inventory management, and troubleshooting activities. This role analyzes and resolves network failures and outages, supports customer activations and migrations, and ensures accurate system documentation across multiple platforms. The position requires a security clearance for customers where proprietary or sensitive information is involved in configuration and internal communications.

Work Location

This position is located at 18 W. Archer St. Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The Main Responsibilities

Network Operations & Troubleshooting
Analyze network failures and outages, develop corrective solutions, and coordinate repair efforts for networking equipment.
Perform internal and external escalations for hardware failures, software issues, and data‑related outages.
Maintain and support IP infrastructure to ensure reliability and service continuity.


Configuration, Fulfillment & Service Delivery

Perform materials management and inventory staging for manual configuration and fulfillment activities.
Configure and fulfill Managed Services (MS) CPE orders using the Stager platform.
Process customer service activations, disconnects, and migrations.
Coordinate and perform low‑ to mid‑level complexity migrations.


Inventory & Asset Management

Execute inventory control functions including cycle counts, inventory management, and reconciliation.
Ensure inventory accuracy and proper handling of customer‑owned and company‑owned equipment.


Systems, Documentation & Compliance

Update all required systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Operate across multiple systems and databases to support operational workflows.
Maintain a strong commitment to safe work practices and hold self and others accountable for safety standards.


Training & Continuous Improvement

Remain current on data network technologies through required and recommended training and independent learning.
Follow documented processes and contribute to continuous operational improvement.


Security & Compliance Requirements

Ability to handle customer proprietary information, sensitive configurations, and internal correspondence in accordance with company and customer security policies.
Must comply with all information security, access control, and data handling requirements.


Work Environment

Fast‑paced operational environment supporting customer delivery timelines.
Collaboration with logistics, engineering, and operations teams.
Will require handling sensitive customer data and systems.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required Qualifications
Experience supporting networking equipment in a configuration, fulfillment, or operations environment.
Working knowledge of IP networking concepts and customer premise equipment.
Experience operating in multiple enterprise systems and databases.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to manage escalations and work effectively with internal and external partners.
A security clearance is required for this position.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MS Stager or similar configuration platforms.
Prior experience supporting regulated or security‑sensitive customer environments.
Inventory management or warehouse operations experience.


Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$40,500 - $53,500 in these states: OK
