Managed Services Head - KSA

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to take on the role of Head of Managed Services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This critical role involves overseeing the entire Managed Services portfolio, driving operational excellence and sustainable growth , and ensuring high customer satisfaction across both IT and OT domains for our enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and expand the Managed Services business unit across KSA, developing and executing a dynamic, visionary strategy aligned with the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
• Business & Financial Management: Hold P&L accountability , consistently meeting revenue and margin targets. Define and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
• Service Delivery Excellence: Oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring excellence, strict SLA compliance , and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder & Customer Management: Work closely with regional leadership and global delivery centres to design and deliver high-value services. Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts in government, energy, utilities, and enterprise sectors.
• Team Development: Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing, transparent team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Be responsible for effective hiring, development, and performance evaluation.

Required Qualifications

Technical & Professional Experience

• Proven, substantial track record in managed services leadership within the IT and/or OT industries.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L ownership and achieving ambitious growth targets.
• Strong understanding of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO ) and managed services business models.
• Prior exposure to the Saudi Arabian market and customer ecosystem is highly desirable.

Skills & Education

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to foster a strong team culture with open and transparent communication.
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
