We are seeking a
Managed Services Pre-Sales Engineer
who will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by delivering technical expertise and tailored solutions to meet our clients' managed services requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT services and infrastructure, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the sales team to define customer needs and tailor managed services solutions accordingly.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and technical evaluations to support prospective clients during the pre-sales phase.

Develop and present customized proposals, including detailed technical outlines and service level agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pricing models and ensure competitive pricing for managed services offerings.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to stakeholders remotely or in-person.

Engage in RFP responses and manage the technical aspects of proposal submissions.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices in managed services.

Support clients in understanding the benefits and ROI of our managed services through effective communication.

Assist in the knowledge transfer to implementation teams for successful project handover after a sale is closed.

Provide training and support for the sales team to enhance their understanding of managed services capabilities
Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a pre-sales role for managed services or IT solutions.

Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services frameworks.

Experience in creating and presenting solution proposals and RFP responses.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.

Proficient in solution design and technical writing.

Familiarity with tools and methodologies for IT service management (ITSM).

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
