Job description :

Position: Management Accountant
Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM ( Night )
Location: Phase 4, Bahria Town, Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable for the assigned warehouse.
• Prepare and process weekly 1099 payments for contractors.
• Review daily work hours via the ADP system and obtain manager approvals.
• Maintain accurate headcount reports for all labor types (1099, independent contractors, temp workers).
• Coordinate with vendors for timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Handle all day-to-day accounting matters of the warehouse.
• Monitor and report on resource utilization, identify waste, and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers to reduce operational costs and enhance profitability.
• Assist in vendor selection processes for better cost-efficiency.
• Address financial queries from warehouse management.
• Ensure proper claims procedures and maintain chargeback records.
• Finalize the monthly Profit & Loss account for the site and coordinate approval with warehouse management.
• Conduct P&L analysis at month-end and on-demand.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Prepare ad hoc internal reports as required by management.

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of IFRS; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Membership in a recognized accounting body (ACCA, ICAP, ICAEW, CIMA, ICMAP).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
