Management Analyst

They analyze data, interview personnel, and collaborate with managers to develop strategies for optimizing operations and achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Research organizational problems and potential solutions
• Gather and analyze financial and employment data
• Interview personnel and collaborate with different Departments
• Develop alternative practices and solutions for process improvement
• Prepare reports and present recommendations to management
• Monitor implementation of recommended changes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Support budget preparation and financial monitoring
• Assist with contract management and grant applications
