Description:
The Management Analyst II supports Army force development and personnel analysis efforts by evaluating organizational structures, manpower requirements, and workforce data to inform force design decisions. This role plays a critical part in aligning personnel capabilities with operational requirements and ensuring that force structure changes are supported by accurate data and analysis.

Analyze current and future force structure requirements

Support development of Force Design Updates (FDUs) and related documentation

Evaluate personnel requirements based on mission needs, workload, and organizational design

Extract, analyze, and interpret data from systems such as:
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making

Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in workforce distribution

Prepare detailed analytical reports, staffing models, and recommendations

Support development of concept plans, organizational charts, and manpower studies

Document findings and ensure traceability of recommendations

Coordinate with Army stakeholders, planners, and leadership

Participate in working groups and planning sessions

Provide subject matter expertise in personnel and force design

Recommend improvements to workforce planning and management processes

Support implementation of data-driven decision frameworks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree

Active Secret clearance
-
4+ years experience in force development, manpower analysis, or personnel systems

Experience with Army personnel systems and data tools
