Job Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to RDT&E/weapon and weapon systems/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for project management, documentation, change control management and data management.
Will support the Manufacturing and Quality Division at NAWCWD. Must demonstrate a technical understanding and familiarity with Production, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.

Attends technical meetings, often remotely, with responsibility for taking minutes and capturing all notes.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Due to customer requirements, U.S Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoW Security Clearance for duration of employment.
10 years experience and a MA/MS degree OR 12 Years experience and BA/BS degree
A senior labor category typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
A senior labor category may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Must have experience that is applicable to U.S. Military or U.S. Government applications within one or more of the following areas: System Engineering, Test Engineering, Transition Engineering, Management Analysis, Training Services
Experience with Microsoft Suites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Salary: the expected pay range for this position is $87,360 to $124,800 but is subject to change.
