Management Assistant

Portland UE Team, a sales and business consulting firm in Portland, is seeking a Management Assistant for our AT&T Business division. The Management Assistant will lead a motivated sales team, support local companies exploring AT&T wireless products and services.

As a Management Assistant, you’ll lead your sales team through complex sales cycles. The Management Assistant will craft a strategy in the morning and close deals alongside their sales associates in the afternoon. You design the sales process, lead and then demonstrate exactly how it's executed.

Key Responsibilities of the Management Assistant

  • Lead from the front by actively engaging in face-to-face sales conversations with customers, presenting wireless and connectivity solutions, and confidently closing new accounts through a consultative sales approach.
  • Set the standard for daily sales activity by demonstrating how to build trust quickly, uncover customer needs, and position solutions as valuable upgrades from outdated service options.
  • Guide customers step-by-step through the decision-making process, clearly explaining service benefits, pricing, and installation timelines while delivering a high level of customer care.
  • As a Management Assistant, support and coach team members on effective sales conversations, product knowledge, and objection-handling techniques to improve overall performance.
  • Conduct consultative needs assessments that align service capabilities with customer usage demands, ensuring long-term satisfaction and scalability.
  • Promote accountability by tracking individual and team performance metrics, reinforcing consistent outreach, and maintaining a strong reputation for professionalism and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications of the Management Assistant

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience in sales leadership or management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify wireless products and services into clear business value.
  • Comfortable working face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers daily.
  • High energy, coachable mindset, and a desire to grow into higher-level leadership.

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,600.00 per week
