Job Description:

We are looking for a target-oriented and detail-focused individual to support business development operations, market research activities, meeting coordination, and planning support under the Managing Director’s supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Director Support

• Provide administrative and coordination support related to business development activities.
• Monitor task deadlines and assist in execution follow-ups.
• Support other tasks as needed to meet our company objectives.

Planning & Coordination Support

• Manage calendar updates, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Assist in organizing schedules and tracking pending actions.
• Arrange video calls and meetings with clients or potential clients.
• Prepare and send meeting confirmations and reminders.

Business Development Support

• Conduct market research on potential European investors, manufacturers, and strategic partners.
• Identify relevant projects, architects, consultants, and developers aligned with expansion plans.
• Assist in preparing basic business plans and activity summaries.
• Support planning of client approach strategies.
• Coordinate materials and information required for meetings or presentations.

Event Coordination Support

• Assist in coordinating invitations and attendee tracking.
• Support logistical preparation for PME-related activities.
• Maintain follow-up records after meetings or events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 0–3 years experience in coordination, administration, or business support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling professional calls and coordination tasks
• Presentable & professional appearance
