Management Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic Process Reengineering Consultant to join a leading bank in Riyadh, driving operational excellence through innovative process improvements. This role focuses on optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align with strategic goals in a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process reengineering initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
• Analyze current processes, gather stakeholder input, and design streamlined workflows tailored to banking operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy changes, measure outcomes via KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate training and change management to embed improvements across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in process reengineering or consulting, with proven track record in Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Strong background in banking or financial services
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
