Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive business growth, manage client relations, and support performance review processes. The ideal candidate will combine business development expertise with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to support both organizational and individual performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct client follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Support performance appraisal processes, including personal and team evaluations.
  • Conduct telephonic and online reviews to monitor progress, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas.
  • Organize and participate in meetings to discuss business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on client interactions, sales progress, and business development activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business expansion and operational improvement.
  • Support internal training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales consulting, or related roles.
  • Understanding of performance appraisal and review processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
