Management Consultant

You will shape how the client thinks about their transformation - before, during, and after delivery. You are the person who helps a senior stakeholder understand why change is needed, what it will look like, and how to get there. You turn complex problems into clear, structured work that clients want to commission.

You will run discovery, facilitate workshops, steer scope discussions, and sit at the table during steering committees. You are both a thinker and a doer.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements workshops from preparation to debrief
  • Define transformation roadmaps, working models, and governance structures based on what you hear and diagnose
  • Prepare and present recommendations to senior client stakeholders - including steering committees
  • Steer scope discussions: translate ambiguous client needs into clear commercial and delivery scope
  • Write proposals, business cases, and executive-facing deliverables with precision and confidence
  • Work alongside the PM and technology team to ensure delivery stays grounded in the consulting diagnosis
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5-8 years in management consulting, digital strategy, or transformation advisory
  • Strong facilitation and workshop skills - you can hold a room of 12 executives and drive a real output
  • Proven ability to write and present structured recommendations at C-suite level
  • Experience in MarCom, marketing operations, CRM, or digital transformation strongly preferred
  • Commercial instinct: you understand how consulting work gets sold and expanded
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous briefs and turn them into structured, sellable scope
