About the Role

As a Vendor Management Specialist, you will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring contract compliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize sourcing strategies, maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.

This role offers a great balance between operational execution and strategic contribution, giving you exposure to vendor negotiations, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

📢 Vendor Management & Relationship Building – Act as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth communication and strong, professional relationships.

📑 Procurement & Contract Support – Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and follow-ups to ensure compliance and timely execution.

📊 Vendor Performance Monitoring – Track vendor performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.

🛒 Purchase Requests & Coordination – Prepare and manage purchase requests, coordinating with procurement teams to meet business needs.

🔍 Market Research & Sourcing – Identify new vendors, benchmark pricing, and explore cost-effective sourcing opportunities.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations teams to align vendor activities with business objectives.

⚖️ Issue Resolution & Compliance – Support in resolving vendor disputes and ensure adherence to company policies and contractual agreements.

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

✅ Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or contract management.

✅ Technical Skills: Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and contract management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.

✅ Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

✅ Languages: Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
