Senior Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle from purchase requisition to contract closure
  • Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors (software, hardware, cloud services)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Operations) to define requirements
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct market analysis
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the technology or IT sector
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with technology vendors and service providers
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus
