Qualifications and Experience

  • 6 to 10 years of proven professional experience in management or technical consulting.
  • Strong expertise in managing and executing projects related to Smart Cities and Urban Intelligence.
  • Solid knowledge of Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) operations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy development and execution at both project and organizational levels.
  • Strong background in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Smart City and Urban Intelligence initiatives and related transformation projects.
  • Develop strategies and implementation plans to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Deliver advisory reports and integrated solutions that reflect global best practices while addressing local context.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively across both private (B2B) and government (B2G) sectors.
  • Contribute to business development by supporting the preparation of technical proposals and advisory input for new opportunities.
  • Support knowledge transfer and capability building related to Smart City and Urban Intelligence projects.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and structured engagements with stakeholders.
  • Build and present business cases, including financial and ROI modeling, to support decision-making.
  • Apply Project Management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile) to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

Required Skills

  • Advanced Project Management expertise with certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of Smart City technologies and Urban Intelligence solutions.
  • Problem structuring and hypothesis-driven thinking to address complex challenges.
  • Data analysis and insights generation, including the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong expertise in Change Management and stakeholder alignment across diverse groups.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact executive-level presentations.
  • Consulting toolkit skills: proposal writing and workshop facilitation.
  • Knowledge in governance frameworks and policy advisory related to large-scale projects.
  • Financial and business case modeling to evaluate ROI, NPV, and overall project impact.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an innovative problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with the ability to produce high-quality professional reports.
  • Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with respect to the unique context of the holy areas.
