Management Consultant – Operations & Strategy

We are looking for a Consultant to join our Advisory team. As a Consultant, you will be part of one or more project modules and engagements for our clients as well as contribute to business development activities internally and externally. From day one, you will be considered an entrepreneur within the firm; encouraged to take initiatives, think creatively and take full ownership for driving impact.

Core responsibilities for this role include:

Strategy & Business Analysis

• Analyze business operations, processes, and organizational structures to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial assessments to support decision-making
• Develop strategic plans and actionable recommendations tailored to client needs

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate insights and solutions effectively
• Support the implementation of recommended strategies and monitor outcomes to ensure impact

Project Support & Execution

• Work closely with project teams to support end-to-end delivery of engagements
• Prepare client-ready deliverables including reports, presentations, process maps, and analysis decks
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to address emerging challenges

Research & Knowledge Building

• Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and emerging business practices
• Collaborate with team members for delivery and knowledge sharing
• Identify opportunities to enhance project approaches and methodologies

Qualifications:

• 6+ years consulting related experience / 8+ years Operations working experience in relevant industry, multinational FMCG as an advantage
• Strong Operations background and in-depth function knowledge (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement)
• Demonstrated experience in managing clients and engagements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Engineering
• Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP, specialized Operations and/or Lean Management Certifications) are an advantage
