Role Overview

As a new associate in supply chain & Operations (SC&O), you will help clients reimagine and transform their supply chain and operations strategy to achieve resilience, efficiency, and sustainability. This role combines strategic thinking, operational expertise, and consulting skills to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development of supply chain and operations strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Assist in process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Contribute to digital transformation projects involving automation, AI, and advanced analytics.
  • Help assess current supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in defining future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver workshops, assessments, and presentations.
  • Prepare business cases, ROI models, and implementation plans for supply chain initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, MIS Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain fundamentals (planning, procurement, logistics).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic is a Must.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to consulting or operations projects.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, automation tools, and data analytics.
  • Ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Previous internship experience with consulting is a strong plus.
