Management Consulting Manager – Operations

We are looking for a Manager to join our Advisory team. As a Manager, you will assume responsibility for one or more project modules or lead engagements for our clients as well as contribute to business development initiatives. From day one, you will be considered an entrepreneur within the firm; encouraged to take initiatives, think creatively and take full ownership for driving impact.

Core responsibilities for this role include:

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead and mentor project teams to meet engagement goals, quality standards, and deadlines
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure team development and high performance
• Mentor and coach others when assigned
• Promote a collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented working culture

Client Relationship Management

• Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients across diverse sectors
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Translate client needs into tailored strategies and actionable solutions

Project Management

• Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects
• Ensure all engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with expected outcomes
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain project momentum and quality

Strategic Analysis and Recommendations

• Analyze performance data, market trends, and business challenges to provide actionable insights
• Lead the development of strategic recommendations and presentation of findings to senior stakeholders
• Ensure all solutions are practical, data-driven, and aligned with client strategy and transformation goals

Business Development

• Identify and support new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
• Lead and contribute to proposal development, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure all engagements comply to company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
• Oversee project documentation and prepare performance reports for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 8+ years consulting related experience / 10+ years Operations working experience in relevant industry, multinational FMCG is an advantage
• Strong Operations background and in-depth function knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, procurement)
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading client engagements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Engineering
• Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP, specialized Operations Certifications and/or Lead Management Certifications) are an advantage
