Responsibilities:
Management Engineers meticulously analyze current processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for optimization. The primary purpose is to analyze, design, implement, and evaluate solutions, in healthcare setting, that enhance the quality, productivity, and profitability of various operations and functions. You will be responsible to:

utilize data, models, simulations, and algorithms to recognize bottlenecks, waste, risks, and potential for improvement. Based on the analysis, develop and implement new strategies, tools, and methodologies to enhance operations, such as process redesign, automation, and technology integration

collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and teams to comprehend their needs, expectations, and constraints while also presenting and defending their recommendations and results

conduct audits, assessments, and surveys to collect and analyze information about current and potential systems and processes and develop and test alternative scenarios, options, and strategies to address problems and accomplish objectives

apply engineering standards, methods, and tools such as lean Six Sigma, project management quality control, and statistical analysis to design and implement solutions

monitor the performance of solutions as well as measure outcomes while making adjustments, as needed
