Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education preferably in Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related discipline preferably aligned with import/export, logistics, or trade operations.
Experience:
Upto 8 years in import/export documentation, customs clearance, or logistics, preferably in the petroleum or oil sector.
Responsibilities:

Manage and arrange complete import documentation for crude oil shipments, including Letters of Credit, Financial Instruments, Bills of Lading, Provisional Assessments, and Exchange Rate Sheets.

Prepare, verify, and process Goods Declarations (GDs) through WEBOC / (PSW), ensuring compliance with Pakistan Customs regulations.

Review and reconcile Financial Import Numbers (FIs) and Import General Manifests (IGMs); coordinate with PNSC and Pakistan Customs for required amendments or corrections.

Liaise directly with Customs officials for approvals, duty assessments, discharging allowances, and the final clearance of vessels to support smooth decanting operations.

Prepare and process Excise Duty Waivers, Wharfage documentation, pay orders, tax challans, and demand requests for timely vessel clearance.

Coordinate internally to finalize shipment documents such as Invoices, Freight, Insurance, Test Reports, and Certificates of Origin essential for GD completion.

Oversee issuance of Certificates of Origin for furnace oil exports in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce.

Maintain organized records, filing systems, and digital archives for crude oil, furnace oil, and general shipping documentation.

Prepare and submit weekly reports on crude oil imports and furnace oil export shipments.

Handle renewals for Self-Clearance Licenses, Karachi Chamber of Commerce Membership, and KPT Cargo Delivery Licenses.

Manage sales tax memos, cash purchase statements, and POS entries in SAP, ensuring adherence to financial and compliance controls.
