Management Trainee

S.M.J International Industry (Pvt) Ltd, operating under the trusted brand Alaska Batteries, is a leading battery manufacturing company serving the automotive, industrial, and energy sectors. We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our team and develop into a future leader through hands-on exposure to different aspects of business operations, marketing, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program to gain a strong understanding of company operations, manufacturing processes, and business functions.
• Assist department heads in day-to-day operations, project management, and strategy implementation.
• Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Support decision-making through market analysis, competitor research, and data-driven insights.
• Rotate through multiple departments (Production, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Contribute ideas for improving efficiency, product positioning, and operational effectiveness.
• Develop leadership skills by assisting in team coordination and supervising assigned projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership potential and a proactive learning attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in the automotive, manufacturing, or energy industry is a plus.

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
