Management Trainee

• Monitoring brand presentation in stores and help ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Conducting regular store visits to check execution, take photos, gather feedback, and prepare visit reports
• Updating the trade marketing calendar and track promotions, launches, and key retail activities
• Assist with in-store visual merchandising, window setups, and seasonal campaigns by coordinating materials and approvals
• Coordinating follow-ups with Sales, suppliers, and agencies on POS materials, deliveries, and installation needs
• Maintain trackers for POS materials, inventories, and spend, and support with GR/PO summaries where needed
• Preparing reports and presentations (photos, sales snapshots, post-activity recaps) using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Conducting market and competitor checks in-store and sharing observations with the team
