Job Responsibilities

Participate in a rotational program across different departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Project Management) to understand end-to-end business processes and interdependencies.

Support senior management in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, projects, and operational improvements.

Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports to inform decision-making and identify areas for optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to company-wide goals.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or related fields), Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
