Management Trainee

1. Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) Audits

• Development of audit frameworks, data collection tools, and compliances.
• Analysis, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions
• Standardization and readiness for upcoming audit cycles

2. Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMSP)

• Implementation of antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
• Monitoring antibiotic utilization patterns and resistance trends (antibiogram)
• Coordination with clinical teams to ensure rational antibiotic usage

3. OPPE (Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation)

• Implementation of OPPE framework for Doctors
• Data Collection and performance indicators for Ongoing OPPE
• Quarterly evaluation, documentation, and reporting
• Supporting credentialing and privileging processes through data-driven insights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
