A well-established UAE-based Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Contracting, Switchgear Manufacturing, and Industrial Trading Group is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and intellectually strong professional (age preferably between 24 and 30 years) to join our leadership team and contribute to the next phase of our growth journey of our group companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior management to formulate and implement business growth strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, products, and revenue streams.
• Drive business development initiatives and strengthen customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
• Lead projects related to process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
• Develop performance metrics, management reports, and strategic action plans.
• Support expansion into new sectors, products, and geographical markets.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve profitability, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

Desired Profile

• MBA from a reputed institution with strong academic credentials.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Age preferably between 24 and 30 years.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and innovation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Prior industry experience is desirable but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
