We are currently seeking a talented “Management Trainee ” to join our dynamic “Corporate Communications ” team based in “İstanbul.

Qualifications


  • Fresh graduate or master’s student; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Organizational Management,
  • Preferably with internship or part-time experience in event management, corporate communications, agency, or marketing departments,
  • Interested in FMCG field and organizational function,
  • Effectively using MS Office programs,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Eager to learn in a global environment,Analytical, result oriented, team player.


Responsibilities


  • Support the team in the organization processes of all internal and external events (launches, dealer meetings, special invitations, festival/PR events, etc.)
  • Coordination with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams during the pre-event preparation processes,
  • Play an active role in operational processes on the day of the event,Support the team about invoices and budget processes related to events, and prepare the necessary documentation and reports,
  • Supporting post-event reporting, evaluation, and feedback,
  • processes,Taking responsibility for managing processes such as event equipment, gifts, venue, catering, and decoration.
