Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to work closely with the Director while gaining hands-on exposure across multiple departments within the company.
This role is designed for someone who wants to understand how a manufacturing business operates from the ground level. The selected candidate will initially rotate between departments to learn workflows, systems, and operational processes before gradually taking on responsibilities directly alongside management.
We are not simply looking for an assistant — we are looking for someone with an all-rounder mindset, strong learning ability, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist management with daily operational and coordination tasks
- Learn and understand workflows across multiple departments
- Coordinate with Production, HR, Admin, Accounts, and Operations teams
- Support reporting, documentation, and follow-ups
- Assist in improving systems and internal coordination
- Handle assigned projects and operational tasks as required
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt across different departments
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive attitude
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office systems
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities professionally
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in operations/admin/coordination is a plus
