Management Trainee – Fabric (Lahore)

Job Description:

The MTO – Fabric supports fabric production and planning activities within a textile factory. The role involves coordination with multiple departments to ensure fabric quality, availability, and timely support for garment and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily fabric production to ensure quality standards and production timelines are met.
• Coordinate with knitting, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and quality departments to track fabric progress.
• Support fabric planning and scheduling in line with production requirements and customer orders.
• Assist in fabric inspection processes to identify defects, GSM variation, shrinkage, and shade issues.
• Maintain records of fabric inventory, production status, and wastage.
• Follow up on fabric approvals, lab dips, and shade confirmations.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to fabric flow, utilization, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and standard operating procedures in all fabric-related activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in fabric production or textile operations (internships preferred).
• Basic understanding of fabric manufacturing processes, quality parameters, and testing standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic production reporting tools.
• Salary: PKR 45,000 (monthly)
