Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Design Trainee who is passionate about user-centered design and eager to learn how digital products are researched, designed, and improved. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career designers who want hands-on experience working on real products under the guidance of senior designers and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile products
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers
• Support design iterations based on user feedback and business needs
• Help maintain and improve design systems and style guides
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-semester student) in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with user research or usability testing
• Portfolio (academic or personal projects are acceptable)
