POSITION: INTERN – SALES & DESIGN

JOB SUMMARY

Enza Home is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Intern – Sales & Design to gain hands-on experience in client handling, sales, and interior/product design. The intern will assist the sales and design teams in creating personalized solutions for customers while learning sales strategies and design concepts, with potential for a full-time role based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist sales and design teams in handling client inquiries and consultations
• Support in creating basic design concepts, layouts, and mood boards for clients
• Help prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
• Participate in showroom presentations and client meetings
• Assist in coordinating with production and operations teams for smooth order execution
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and project updates
• Conduct market research on design trends and competitor products
• Support daily administrative tasks related to sales and design

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Basic understanding of design principles and product knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
