Business Developer Intern

SprintX is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives across international freelance platforms and digital channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop hands-on experience in client acquisition, business analysis, and project coordination within a fast-paced digital and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and submit tailored proposals for freelance job opportunities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations
• Independently close clients, defining project scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines with clarity
• Act as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor project progress and support on-time delivery and client satisfaction
• Perform business analysis activities, including requirement documentation, identifying improvement areas, and aligning business goals with technical execution
• Research, develop, and execute lead magnet strategies, and promote them through social media platforms
• Create detailed case studies of completed projects and collaborate with designers to develop professional portfolio and pitch decks
• Monitor daily analytics from freelance platforms to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare monthly sales and performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of digital services, IT projects, or software development is a plus
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and learning attitude

Working Hours

• Onsite: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Remote: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
