Management Trainee - Finance (Costing)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience in finance, costing, or accounts.
• Internship experience in costing or financial reporting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining product costing, recipes, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support in cost analysis and variance reporting for different departments.
• Monitor inventory costs and help identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with operations and procurement teams for cost validation.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and costing summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Good understanding of costing principles and accounting concepts
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skill

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
