 Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Operations & Off-boarding:

· E-filling and hard filling of employee files as per the company set format.

· Updating newly recruited staff on HR system (ADRENALIN)

· Initiating Onboarding and providing new uniforms, coordinating accommodation for blue collared staff

· Preparing the new joiner’s Induction plan.

· Send New Joiner alerts to all.

· Prepare & printing salary/employment/NOC and other letters/certificates when requested by employees.

· Apply Permanent GP or Salary Certificate on JAFZA Portal. (Dubai Trade/ Jafza)

· Passport Control for all employees.

· Keeping track of Tenancy contracts for blue collared staff accommodations.

· Keeping track of other admin/ office related contracts/renewals.

· Having an understanding of JAFZA rules and regulations for Visas and other HR processes.

· Coordinate with the PRO to smoothly mobilize the newly hired on board. Conduct orientation/Travel arrangements into the office for blue collared staff in a timely and efficient manner.

 Employee Relations, Employee Engagement:

· Assisting the HR team in handling employee queries at various stages like- New joining, on boarding, off boarding, employee engagement processes etc.

· Arranging employee engagement activities to keep staff warm and motivated.

 Benefits Administration (medical insurance, staff reimbursements):

· Managing addition/deletion of employees in the company medical and group life insurance policy and dealing with the insurance providers on administrative queries.

· Assisting employees on submitting their claims/addressing their queries

 Payroll Management:

· Update any employee movements in the HR system. (Increments/ Grade Change/ Title change/ Salary Change etc.)

· Coordinating with the payroll team during the payroll processing and providing the required information when requested.

 Performance Management Administration:

· Assisting the HR team in preparing the final documentation as a result of the performance review.

 Leave Management and Administration:

· Tracking / updating employees leave records for all staff (Annual Vacations/Sick leaves and other leaves taken by the employees during the leave year).
