Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Karāchi for a Customer Support Representative at Gateway Systems. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing top-notch customer service, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Graduation or above.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a monitoring and evaluation framework.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Excel and similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with web portal management and adeptness in interpreting data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Prior 2 years' experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • The ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner & Collaborative mindset
  • Support day-to-day operations by leveraging modern digital tools and platforms, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and other CRM / cloud-based systems awareness.
