Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) who are eager to start their professional journey in the automobile sector. As an MTO, you will undergo structured training across multiple departments, gaining hands-on experience in dealership operations, sales, customer service, and management practices.

This program is designed to prepare you for a permanent role within the organization upon successful completion of the training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across dealership functions.
• Assist in sales, customer relationship management, and operational activities.
• Support departmental teams in achieving performance targets.
• Learn dealership processes, compliance standards, and reporting systems.
• Contribute to new initiatives and projects under the guidance of senior management.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates (BA,B.Com,BBA, MBA, or related disciplines preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and career growth in the automobile industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
