An entry-level, development-focused position for a fresh graduate being groomed into a full L&D professional. The MTO supports the Learning Centre across training logistics, content development, and administration while building core competencies through structured rotation and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs (scheduling, materials, attendance, venue/LMS setup)
- Support development of learning content — slides, handouts, assessments, and Moodle/LMS uploads
- Help maintain training records, attendance data, feedback forms, and basic reporting
- Conduct preliminary research on training topics, tools, and best practices
- Provide on-ground support during live sessions and learning events
- Gradually take ownership of small, defined L&D deliverables under supervision
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Education, Engineering, or related)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort with MS Office; willingness to learn LMS and design tools
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a professional attitude
