Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

Prime System Solutions is an IT, service delivery and resource augmentation company dedicated to helping organizations scale effectively by providing skilled professionals across three core verticals: Service Delivery, Operations, and Talent Acquisition.

Our MTO program is designed to nurture fresh graduates into future leaders by exposing them to these verticals and aligning their career path with their performance, interests, and skillset .

Work Timings: (Please apply only if the timings suite you)

  • First Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM
  • Second Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM (Night Shift)

Role Overview

As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at Prime System Solutions, you will embark on a structured career development journey designed to build your professional foundation. This program introduces you to the core functions of our organization, giving you exposure to Service Delivery, Operations, and Talent Acquisition . Through hands-on assignments, mentorship, and performance evaluations, you will gain practical skills and insights into how each vertical contributes to our success.

Your initial responsibilities will focus on supporting business processes and learning organizational systems. Over time, your career path will be shaped by your performance, interests, and demonstrated strengths , ensuring you are placed in the vertical where you can thrive and make the greatest impact

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Maintain recruitment data and ensure ATS accuracy
  • Assist in generating recruitment reports and dashboards
  • Learn and support candidate sourcing and screening processes
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Draft and post job advertisements aligned with company branding

Service Delivery

  • Support client-facing teams in project coordination and documentation
  • Assist in monitoring service quality and delivery timelines
  • Participate in client communication under supervision to understand project needs
  • Contribute to reporting and feedback loops for ongoing assignments
  • Learn best practices for managing staff augmentation projects

Operations

  • Assist in internal process documentation and compliance tracking
  • Support workflow optimization initiatives across departments
  • Help prepare operational reports and performance metrics
  • Participate in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and resource allocation
  • Gain exposure to organizational policies, audits, and efficiency improvement projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; no prior experience required
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt across different business functions
