Hiring Alert! Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – After Sales Service Division
A fastest-growing China Mobiles, Accessories, and Solar company is looking for a motivated and high-potential Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to support the After Sales Service operations in Karachi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a solid foundation in service operations, customer experience, and technical service management.

Key Role Overview
As an MTO, you will work closely with the Area Service Manager and After Sales leadership team to learn and assist in the following service pillars. You will be given structured training, on-ground exposure, and mentorship to develop into a future service leader.
Partner Life Cycle Support
Assist in identifying potential service partners and help in setting up service outlets.
Support training sessions on CRM system usage, service processes, and company standards.
Participate in branch audits, compliance checks, and report preparation.
Assist in branch transition tasks including material settlement and ticket reconciliation.
Service Performance & Logistics Assistance
Help monitor daily service operations and customer complaint handling.
Follow up with branches to ensure timely closure of pending service tickets.
Support spare parts tracking, inventory checks, and material return verification.
Coordinate with service centers to ensure old parts are returned within timelines.
Technical & Business Development Learning
Learn technical fundamentals of products and assist in skill-building sessions for service engineers.
Support communication with sales teams and customers regarding service policies (DOA, DAP, warranty guidelines, EOS/EOL updates).
Participate in initiatives to expand Out-of-Warranty services and build partnerships with Collection Points (CPs).
Mandatory Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or relevant fields preferred).
Skills: Good communication skills in English; strong willingness to learn.
Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in service, telecom, mobile, or related fields.
Mindset: Strong problem-solving attitude, interest in mobile/tech industry, and adaptability for fieldwork within Karachi.
