Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Client Service

Location: PECHS Block 6, Near Delhi Sweets, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Duration: 6 Months (with the possibility of extension or permanent placement)

Stipend: PKR 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for ambitious and motivated fresh graduates to join our MTO – Client Service Program. This program offers hands-on exposure to client management, market research operations, and project coordination to build a strong foundation for your corporate career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing project campaigns and operational tasks.
• Manage the field team and follow up for market research data collection.
• Coordinate and manage ATL/BTL market research projects as per client requirements.
• Work on reports, data compilation, and analysis.
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (BBA/MBA - Marketing/Operations).
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage and coordinate client requirements effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
