Job Responsibilities
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding techniques to manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR policies remain current and compliant.
- Supervise daily operations of the HR department.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Manage payroll-related documentation, including tax forms, attendance records, and deductions.
- Ensure all HR operations and processes align with company policies.
- Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company data.
Requirements and Skills
- BBA/MBA degree or equivalent qualification in HR or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; self-motivated and proactive.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
- Familiarity with employment contracts and leave management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Hours
- UK Shift
- Summer: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM
- Winter: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
(Standard timings; subject to change as per business requirements)
- Holidays follow the UK calendar (Pakistani federal holidays are not observed).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
