Job Responsibilities

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding techniques to manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR policies remain current and compliant.
  • Supervise daily operations of the HR department.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Prepare payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Manage payroll-related documentation, including tax forms, attendance records, and deductions.
  • Ensure all HR operations and processes align with company policies.
  • Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company data.

Requirements and Skills

  • BBA/MBA degree or equivalent qualification in HR or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; self-motivated and proactive.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Familiarity with employment contracts and leave management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Working Hours

  • UK Shift
  • Summer: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM
  • Winter: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM

(Standard timings; subject to change as per business requirements)

  • Holidays follow the UK calendar (Pakistani federal holidays are not observed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
