Job description

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and align with company policies and employment laws.

HR Officer Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies) to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records using HR systems.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Support employee engagement, welfare, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Participate in HR audits and reporting as required.
  • Manage employee exit formalities and prepare final settlement documents.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.

  • 12PM to 9PM
  • 3PM to 12AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
