Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Chemical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and fresh Chemical Engineering graduate to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO). The selected candidate will undergo structured training in production processes, quality control, and plant operations to develop technical and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily production processes and plant operations
• Learn and support chemical processing, formulation, and material handling
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
• Assist in quality control testing and documentation
• Analyze production data and suggest process improvements
• Support troubleshooting of process issues and equipment performance
• Prepare reports, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain)
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Training & Development:

• On-the-job training in different departments (Production, QA, R&D)
• Exposure to industrial chemicals, machinery, and safety protocols
• Mentorship under senior engineers/managers

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Fresh )
• Strong academic background preferred

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of chemical processes and industrial operations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of safety standards (HSE)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
