Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Civil Engineering

We are looking for motivated and dedicated Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in Civil Engineering to join our team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and will assist in project execution, site supervision, and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily site operations and project execution activities
• Support senior engineers in planning, designing, and monitoring construction work
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist in quantity surveying, material management, and documentation
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Fresh to 1 year experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and engineering principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and work on-site as well as in office settings
