Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Electrical Engineer (HVAC)

Job Description

Sanyou Corporation Pakistan is looking for enthusiastic Electrical Engineering graduates for its MTO Program, specifically in the HVAC Department. The program offers practical exposure to HVAC systems, maintenance, and project execution in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems

Support troubleshooting of electrical and control components in HVAC units

Work on load calculations and system efficiency improvements

Collaborate with senior engineers on ongoing HVAC projects

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (PEC recognized)

Fresh graduates or candidates with internship/experience in HVAC systems

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical circuits

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

Understanding of HVAC design and load calculation

Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD or HVAC software

Knowledge of energy efficiency practices
