Our client, a leading Engineering Company, is seeking ambitious, energetic, and career-oriented individuals to join its Management Trainee Officer (MTO – Sales) Program. This opportunity is designed to develop future professionals through structured training, practical exposure, and hands-on experience in sales, business operations, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and development programs.
• Assist in sales, business development, and customer relationship activities.
• Support day-to-day departmental operations and ongoing projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business analyses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities.
• Learn company products, services, policies, and operational processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives and special projects assigned by management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Exceptional O-Level or Intermediate candidates with strong communication skills and learning potential may also be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude, common sense, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
