Vendor Management
team.
In the context of our
Staff Augmentation
business, you will act as the bridge between our company and the external network of IT consultants. You will be trained to identify, qualify, and manage relationships with tech talent (Developers, Engineers, Architects) so they can be deployed to our Fortune 500 clients. This is a "Hunter" and "Relationship Manager" role rolled into one.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Sourcing & Database Management

Hunt for new IT consultants/contractors on job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter) and tech communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow).

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive tech candidates across various domains (Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.).

Utilize the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage vendor data and track interactions.
2. Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for IT vendors/consultants, ensuring a positive experience throughout their engagement lifecycle.

Negotiate rates and commercial terms with vendors/consultants while ensuring healthy margins for the company.

Conduct regular check-ins with placed consultants to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns regarding their deployment at client sites.
3. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all vendor documentation (contracts, NDAs, work agreements) is complete and compliant with company policies.

Verify the credentials, experience, and background of IT consultants to ensure "Right to Represent" before submission to clients.
4. Market Research & Reporting

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and skill demands in the IT industry.

Assist the senior team in mapping top IT talent from competitor firms.

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on vendor activity, submittals, and interview schedules.
