Management Trainee Officer - Sales

JOB ROLE:

• Identify and hunt new clients through social media platforms, web scraping, databases, etc.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients, develop proposals, and align meetings to close the deals.
• Maintain and update CRM data daily.
• Ensure task alignment and follow-ups.
• Retarget previous clients and follow up on the provided contact database.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Be social media savvy—engaging, sharing, and promoting on LinkedIn & various platforms.
• Be ready to shine in videos & branding content.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Atleast a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms for content sharing
• Energetic and presentable.
• Comfortable on camera.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
